Ring Studies

CGI Jewelry Still Life by Krisztina Vichnál, CGI & 3D artist in Budapest.

A CGI jewelry study focused on polished gold and silver rings. Still images and motion explore material response, reflection and the way small lighting changes reshape the form.

Elegance in Form

The Minimalistic Ring series strips the object down to what matters: geometry, surface, and light. Each piece is rendered in gold or silver with lookdev built around how precious metal actually behaves, the tight highlights, the way secondary reflections soften the form, the shift in perceived weight as light angle changes. Still life and motion, no context, no story except the material itself.

Material Lookdev

Gold and silver shaders were built separately, each with their own reflective character. Polished gold carries warmth; silver stays cooler and more mirror-like. Both were developed to hold interest across a wide range of lighting conditions, close-up macro frames and wider motion sequences where the surface needs to read from a distance.
